These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at cubicexp.com and any digital-marketing services provided by Cubicexp (“Cubicexp”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

1. Who we are

Cubicexp is a search-visibility agency providing SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), Digital PR, link building and conversion services. You can reach us at info@cubicexp.com.

2. Services and proposals

The plans, prices and deliverables shown on our website are for general information and may change without notice. The specific scope, fees, timelines and deliverables that apply to you are those set out in the written proposal, statement of work or order confirmation you accept with us (an “Engagement”). Where these Terms conflict with a signed Engagement, the Engagement prevails.

3. Fees and payment

• Prices are quoted in the currency stated on your proposal and, unless noted otherwise, exclude any applicable taxes or VAT.
• Monthly retainers are billed in advance for each service period. One-off and add-on work is billed as set out in your proposal.
• Invoices are payable by the due date shown. We may pause work on overdue accounts after reasonable notice.

4. Term, cancellation and refunds

Retainers begin with an initial ramp period stated in your proposal, after which they continue on a month-to-month basis and may be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice. Because our work is delivered as professional services over time, fees for work already performed are non-refundable unless required by law or expressly agreed in writing.

5. Client responsibilities

• Provide timely access, approvals, content and accurate information needed to deliver the services.
• Ensure you own or are licensed to use any materials you supply to us.
• Comply with the terms of any third-party platforms involved (for example search engines and advertising networks).

6. Results and no guarantee

Search rankings, AI-answer citations and traffic depend on many factors outside our control, including third-party algorithms and market conditions. We apply recognised best practices and reasonable skill and care, but we do not guarantee any specific ranking, placement, traffic volume or revenue outcome. Any figures, forecasts or examples are illustrative, not promises.

7. Intellectual property

Deliverables created specifically for you transfer to you once the related fees are paid in full. We retain ownership of our pre-existing methods, templates, tools and know-how, and may use general learnings and anonymised, aggregated performance data to improve our services.

8. Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other’s non-public information confidential and use it only to perform or receive the services, except where disclosure is required by law.

9. Third-party services and links

Our website and services may reference or integrate third-party tools and websites. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of those third parties.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cubicexp is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the services is limited to the fees you paid us for the services in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Warranties

Except as expressly stated, the website and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your use of the website. Material changes affecting an active Engagement will be communicated to you.
